Return & Exchange Policy

At Rritasha Essence, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.

Return Eligibility

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging
All tags and protective coverings must remain intact
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Earrings
Personalized or custom-made items
Items marked as final sale
Items damaged due to customer mishandling

Return Process

Contact us at rritasha.essence@gmail.com to initiate your return
Include your order number and reason for return
We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
Package the item securely in its original packaging
Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same process as returns. In your initial email, please specify that you want an exchange and provide details of the replacement item you desire.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
